409 Labs is the product studio of Project409, a Korean cross-border e-commerce business founded in 2022. We sell on Qoo10 Japan and Joom, and we build the tools we need to sell faster.
In 2024 we wrote down one goal: semi-automate the three jobs that eat a seller's week, sourcing, listing and detail pages. We built a sourcing engine first, then an auto-listing engine, then a Sheets to Figma page prototype.
Each worked on its own. Claude is how we connect them into a single agent that reads the market, writes the page and publishes the listing, with a person approving each step.
Every tool starts as something we needed in our own stores, and is tested there before anyone else uses it.
Selling points come from what real customers say. Copy follows marketplace and cosmetics advertising rules, with no exaggerated claims.
